What vaccines do we require?

We only require the rabies vaccine and accept the 1-, 3-, and 5-year vaccines. We do not accept dogs that have fresh vaccinations. There must be a two-week grace period from the time your dog receives vaccines to the time they attend the facility.

What is your spay/neuter policy?

We do not require dogs to be spayed or neutered but we cannot have in heat females in the facility. If you have an intact female, please make sure you have back up boarding in case this were to happen.

What are your drop off and pick up times for boarding?

Our hours change seasonally.

Monday-Saturday all dogs need to be dropped off, for all services, during our morning drop off times. This is so they all come in on the same energy level.

Boarding dogs can be picked up during our scheduled morning or afternoon time slot.

Can I drop off or pick up my dog on a Sunday?

Yes, we do currently offer a Sunday drop-off and pick-up time between 4-5pm. If you are needing to drop your dog off for boarding on a Sunday, please make sure they get adequate exercise before dropping off.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

No

Do you have cameras and safety fencing?

Yes, we have a dozen cameras throughout the property and an 8-foot privacy fence for the dog's safety. All of our yards, suites, and playrooms are separated out with 6-foot-tall retriever panels. We do not board dogs with a history of climbing/jumping fences.

Can I come back into the facility?

No, you cannot. You can peek through the lobby windows and doors, but we do not allow pet parents back into the same areas the dogs are in. This is for your safety, the dog's stability, and Miss Brittany's sanity.

You can see the entire facility from the lobby and pictures of the outside play yards can be found on our Facebook page.
